Admissions

PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION

  • Application forms clearly filled up and duly signed by the applicant and the parent / guardian should be submitted to the College office for registration Unregistered application will not be considered
  • Together with the application form, please attach photo copies (not the originals) of Marks Card, Conduct Certificate and Transfer Certificate.
  • Please, note your application number before submitting your application to the office for registration.
  • According to Board / University norms, Seats are reserved for physically handicapped, for the children of Ex-service men and for candidates with some merit in sports and N.C.C. are extra curricular activities, subject to production of relevant Certificates from competent authorities.
  • You forfeit your seat if you fail to pay the fees.
  • No student from outside Mysore will be admitted unless some responsible person in Mysore gives a written undertaking to be the local guardian.
  • Fees once paid at the time of admission will not be refunded if you decide to withdraw your admission or discontinue your study.
  • The college reserves the right to cancel the admission of a candidate at any stage if and when detected that the admission is against the rules.
  • After two weeks of the commencement of the classes, you may collect your identity card.

Certificates to be Enclosed with the Application for Admission :

  • The Prescribed Application forms issued by the College.
  • Original Marks Card of S.S.L.C. / II P.U.C or Equivalent (Original +2 Xerox Copies)
  • Transfer Certificate from the Principal of the Institution last attended. (Original +1 Xerox Copy)
  • Prof of the Date of Birth – S.S.L.C. Marks Card (Original +1 Xerox Copy)
  • Conduct Certificate from the principal of the Institution last attended (Original)
  • Eligibility Certificate incase of non- Karnataka students for P.U. Admission (Original)
  • Migration Certificate incase of student coming from other than University of Mysore. (Original)
  • Caste and Income Certificates, in the prescribed pro-forma, incase of student belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and backward classes. (Original +1 Xerox Copy each )
  • Photographs:- Pass Port size : 6 Nos., Stamp Size : 6 Nos.
  • 4 Nos. Inland letters
